1. Can I return my order?
We accept returns for necklaces, bracelets, and rings in unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
Earrings, personalized items, and sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Why can’t I return earrings?
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and considered final sale.
3. How do I start a return?
Please email our Customer Care team at [contact@lumierevibe.com] with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to complete your return.
4. What condition must my jewelry be in for a return?
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Undamaged
In original packaging with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns requesting a refund to the original payment method are subject to a return fee.
Returns requesting store credit will have the return fee waived.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day window, subject to stock availability.
Please contact our Customer Care team to arrange an exchange.
7. Will I receive a refund or store credit?
You can choose a refund to your original payment method (minus a return fee), or
Opt for store credit and the return fee will be waived.
Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
8. Can I return a gift?
Yes, if the item qualifies under our return policy (not earrings, not personalized, not sale items).
Gift returns will be issued as store credit only.
9. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
We will notify you by email when your return has been completed.
10. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us at (email address) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly
